Perfect location, the hosts easily accessible via WhatsApp, there are a lot of stairs at this property but they do have a small lift. Comfortable beds, gorgeous interior and you really feel like you’re in your own little apartment! Our room overlooked a small but stunning courtyard. Given the location of this apartments being so close to the Spanish steps, it was so quiet at night and we had no disturbances. We stayed for a birthday trip and the room was kindly decorated and a bottle of Prosecco provided! Lovely touches. Highly recommend.

Excellent location in Rome centre only 100m from Spanish Steps. Rooms are very clean and quite large compared to most hotels in Rome. Very comfortable. The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to assist with any requirement. Will definitely stay again.

I was in Rome three years ago and, while I didn’t particularly enjoy the city, the suite I rented with QT made my short journey so much better. I feel they need to be recognized, hence this late review. I met Diego on my last day, and he was very kind indeed, but the lady who took care of my stay (Stephania?) really made a difference. As a solo traveler, she cautioned me against going certain places… She always made sure my breakfast had everything I liked - and it was a generous breakfast. The room itself was large, clean, beautifully decorated and very agreeable. The building is extremely well located. I highly recommend this lovely place!

I couldn’t think of a more satisfying, personable experience than this one! Diego was accommodating, helpful, and overall a joy to be around! This beautiful “hotel” was centrally located, clean, spacious and bright! We had a fully stocked mini bar and a beautiful decoration. If you are in Rome, please consider this location! 10 min walk to everywhere, super safe, and convenient. Thank you Diego for making our stay in Rome a memorable one! We will most definitely return. Ps. The elevator was definitely an adventure!!!

Very good location, room was absolutely clean! The host (Diego) was very helpful and kind, helped us out with numerous questions and recommendations. The breakfast offered is a must in my opinion, as it includes less carbs than Italian kitchen :) and is rich (see pictures!). Location is on top of the Spanish steps, right next to a metro station. Check in was easy and informative. Thank you Diego!
