The hotel is in a great location right next to the Spanish Steps with the metro close by too. The room we stayed in was compact but clean and tidy. The double bed consisted of 2 singles pushed together and the room was very loud with regards to people moving round the rest of the building. Overall great value for money, clean tidy with good service from the staff

This hotel is terrible, don't stay here, the shower head is broken and has not been repaired, a hotel with very poor service

Great location - just a few meters from the Spanish Steps and a 10 min walk from the Trevi Fountain. We recommend get the Metro to Spagna if travelling from the airport by train or bus. Tucked away at the bottom of an apartment building - this hotel was very unusual, and although it felt a bit like you were staying in a basement the upside to this meant that it was very quiet at night, no busy road with a constant stream of mopeds wizzing past! Our room - was a good size, but clean, with a quirky bathroom. Couple of downsides to this hotel: Reception - There is only someone on the reception from (i think) 10 until 3.. as we were out from early in the morning until late afternoon or early evening, we never got to speak to anyone to ask questions and other advice. WiFI - only a small gripe that the signal was very weak. So all in all, the hotel is pretty good value for money and in an excellent location! If you just looking for a clean place to rest your head after a busy day exploring Rome, this will more than suffice! :) Stayed October 2012, travelled as a couple

Booked through agoda. Came via taxi, the place is a little hidden. No big sign in regards to its name, theirs a door that says the hotel name. Several steps to the location, it seems like theirs a community downs before you get to door of the hotel. I was greedy by Jay, Very nice man. Carried our luggages down the steps. Informed us of everything we needed to know. He is normally there from 9AM to 9PM. You get a set of sets for 3 doors including your room door. Although you can unlock the first door (gate) then 2nd (door to the place) with codes. The room it self is good, did not need much space, if you have kids, i think it would be crowded. At night there is NOISE that might upset some but it didnt bother me. The rooms tend to get warm but opening up the window no problem. The location is good, RIGHT next to the spanish steps. I enjoyed my stay.
