Serviceable central location, as the hotel is within walking distance of several tourist sites and restaurants. The staff at the reception desk wasn't exactly friendly the day we arrived, as we were made to wait until close to 3 pm for check-in. Rooms are clean but on the small side. Oddly the shower stall is only half covered, which means one has to be careful when taking a shower or the bathroom floor will be completely wet. The free breakfast was quite satisfactory with a nice variety of hot and cold items, breads, sweets, fruits, and even Greek, aka Turkish, coffee.

I absolutely love this place! The receptionists were very friendly and nice. The rooms are incredible. The breakfast buffet had so many varieties of Greek food as well. Very clean rooms and very good location

Excellent option for your stay downtown Athens. Impressive place overall but what makes a difference is the staff. We've recently spent 3 nights there. Unfortunately, the agency that made the booking booked a double room for a family of 4 - 2 adults, a child and an infant. Even though the hotel was fully booked, the hotel staff made everything they could to find a way to help with the conflict even though it was not them to blame. They even upgraded us to their suite the next day as it became available - a great large room on the 8th floor with a huge terrace and a view to Acropolis and Lycabettus. Their kindness, their positive attitude and their smile every time we left and entered the hallway or the dining room were extraordinary. Moreover, the breakfast was excellent and the cleaning service as well. We're delighted by the stay there, we definitely coming back there next time. 5* deserved.
