Not something you see every day at breakfast. Great idea and not an expensive buffet breakfast either. Also up stairs they have free tea and coffee available on each floor. Great idea and very close to train station. Good clean place to stay.

Really ideal if using the main station. Right across the road. Really modern & tidy. Great friendly staff checked us in, room was spotless and beds very comfortable. Liked the utilities on every floor with a coffee point, vending machine, iron etc, good idea. Bathroom was only downside, shower had very poor pressure and would not stay in holder. Was only a one night stay so did not matter too much. Will definitely stay again when in Vienna!

Great hotel if you’re looking for accessibility to the Wien Hbf and someplace to stay while making day trips. Close to the city centre and connected through the metro and tram systems… each room doesn’t provide a kettle but there are coffee lounges where you can refill your bottles with boiling water. They only clean your room every 2 days so if you’re particular about that then this is not for you. Otherwise, this was a great stay and one of the better hotels I stayed at for the price!

Overall the hotel is okay, but 4-stars is a bit too much. The carpentry in our room was really filthy. There were lots of stains on it. The same goes for the upholstery of the chair in the room. Furthermore, rooms are only cleaned every other day. We inquired for cleaning on the same day and replenishment of towels. Upon arrival in the evening non of this was done. Staff is kind and location is really good, so still 3 stars.

One of the most disappointing hotels we've ever stayed at. When we entered our room, it was insanely hot and stuffy that we had to try to turn on the AC. However, we realized it wasn't working and asked the staff about it, we were informed it wasn't possible as it was controlled by the central system. One of the staffs did not let us know about this when we were checking in, and simply told us that it was a problem and they can't do anything about this. Another staff came up to our room later and carefully explained the situation, which made things a bit better but the rooms were nonetheless very uncomfortable to stay in.
