I loved this hotel and the front desk staff. It was a easy check in process. Room was clean and fit the pictures exactly. I loved that every room has a balcony so we definitely enjoyed that. There's a bar in the lobby but my itinerary was so busy we didn't get to enjoy it. I love the décor in the hotel and all the mirrors throughout the hotel. We did get a chance to enjoy the rooftop pool that's open 24 hour , the water was warm. LOVED IT!

Nice place in Miami Beach. There’s no real lobby, the first floor is a restaurant with a separate desk for check in. Nothing wrong with it, just something to note because we couldn’t find it when we checked in. Tiny little hotel but rooms very nice, clean and spacious. Parking is $35 valet a night (in and out privileges). It’ll be the cheapest you’ll find in the area. First night I had no issue with the valet, the second night however there seemed to be a miscommunication with the staff. My keys made it safely to the valet garage for the night, but my car stayed out on the street all night. It was resolved quickly, but it wouldn’t hurt to check to make sure it’s put away for the night. Staff were all very friendly too. Would return!

Loved this room and the establishment itself was just amazing. The only thing was the entrance to the room was through the restaurant. After driving a long time then trying to come to your room thru a fancy dining room was not my best look. But the 24 hour pool was the best feature.

I had an amazing time in Miami. The best costumer service from Alejandro. He was nice, attentive, and answered all my questions. The best and 5 stars to Alejandro!! The thing I didn’t like about the room was the bathroom! You’re able to see everything from the room through the glass. If you go with a group of friends you won’t have any privacy at all! Also, beware of the surcharge fee. You only get 1 free water bottle not 2 although on the welcome card they tell you to enjoy the free cookies and water! I never got my money back from the other water bottle because it wasn’t specific. I wish the fridge was empty too!!
