Stayed here on our way back from the Friendship Cruise and so happy we did! Room was nice and clean, modern, came with Wifi and complimentary drinks/ breakfast. Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, and abundant amenities. There's a roof top pool that we didn't get the chance to use, but it's a short walk to the beach with an amazing view! We will definitely be staying here any time we're in town! There's so much to do on this beautiful little slice of land; food options galore! I typically do not leave reviews for vacation destination hotels. I am making an exception for the President Villa Miami. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by Henry, who was as kind and efficient. We had booked the penthouse suite which was not yet cleaned. Henry took care of our luggage and gave us a few beach towels. We walked one block to the famous South Miami Beach and enjoyed an afternoon of sun. We returned to find the room exceptional in cleanliness, large modern bathroom, comfortable king bed, with a huge television and fantastic outdoor patio overlooking Collins Avenue. We even saw a rainbow looking West. The location is right in the heart of SB and I highly recommend it. In the morning, I witnessed cleaning staff professionally dressed, attending to cleaning the glass doors, elevators and all common spaces. Value for dollar spent is excellent. I strongly recommend for a local non-resort hotel.

Our room was clean but nothing like the photos. We only stayed one night but it did the job. It’s not the worst hotel I’ve ever been to but it’s not the greatest either. I likely won’t return. However, it is not a bad stay for the price. You do also get a complimentary drink at check in.

Great value on Miami Beach! How can you go wrong with welcome drinks and free breakfast? The value proposition is huge at this property. Decent rooftop pool with views of Miami Beach. Staff was pleasant and I was upgraded to penthouse room upon check-in (based on their availability). I will return for a night, but am not sure if it’s comfortable for longer than a night or two.
