To give this place one star is generous. One night cost over 500 euro. The floors are sticky, they couldn't provide an extra pillow or towel. It's across the street from the "front desk" which is only staffed until 9 pm. There were stray hairs from the previous guest in the shower. There is no elevator or person to help with luggage if you have to leave early in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay from start to finish in this boutique hotel. Spacious, clean room (Dream suite) with high ceilings and silent airco. Good coffeemachine in the room + area in the lobby with amenities (croissants, cake, coffee, tea, fruit juice and water) during the day. The city center is close-by. Every monument is within walking-distance. The friendly staff helped us to find the best lunch-and dinner spots. All excellent food, superb wine and friendly service. Also the night guard is very friendly. When in Rome, this is the place to stay.

Room was beautiful and decor was modern. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was wonderful and always willing to help. Breakfast is a traditional Italian, with pastries, meats, hard boiled eggs, and added items like cereal and yoghurt. View from the balcony was wonderful. Traffic got a little noisy at night. Only complaint (and really isn't that bad) the bathroom has very limited counter space. Toiletries had to be kept on small desk outside of bathroom. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again my wife and I thoroughly loved our stay in Rome and at Quitinale.
