As for 3* this hotel exceeds expectations. There is minibar, electric kettle, coffee machine with premium coffee in standard rooms, free coffee in reception, facility to use pool and sauna in near-by Radisson at no extra cost. Loved my stay. Location excellent, near train station and zoo, both have amazing architecture.

The stole my bag inside my room and the manager in charge didn’t do anything even call the police to see what happened. After 2 hours and half hearing excuses I recocieved a trolley and even no a compensation As well she didn’t want to believe me Bad experience and bad management

It seems the Park Inn is a perfect example of get what you pay for. After being baffled by the four and five star reviews, I came to the conclusion that those people either caught the hotel on a good day or paid for a premium or higher room. For my review, I'll only be talking about things the hotel had control over, so the loud noise outside isn't a factor here. It should be expected, you're in a city. The first day; the room is sweltering hot with no discernable way of reducing the temperature apart from opening the windows. We finally find an AC function, and it is the weakest, tiniest fan ever made. During the night, I hop into bed thinking a good nights rest awaits, oh how wrong I was. The bed felt like sleeping on a slab of concrete, and I woke up at numerous points in the night with back, rib, and neck pain. Second day; The shower falls off. So there's that. Unfortunately, our daytime activities are cut short, and we end up having to spend half the day in the room. I know! Let's switch on the TV and watch a movie! Because surely the hotel provides TVs with casting capability, or at least channels with movies, right? Wrong! If you only speak English, don't bother with the TV. But it doesn't end there. This isn't merely a case of a hotel just failing to bother to provide entertainment of any kind but going out of their way to ensure you can not provide it yourself. So that's 40 euros on an HDMI cable and tv adapter that I'm not getting back. It is also by the second day that our keys just stopped working. Third day; Ah, another painful and sweaty night. By this point, I'm just done with Antwerp as a whole, which is unfair since the city itself does have a lot to offer, especially in terms of the amazing food. One positive was the receptionist Emily who took strides to help us out as much as possible when we brought up the big problems like the key or requesting ice be brought to us when there wasn't even anyone at the bar. Emily deserves a raise.

This is a good hotel to stay if you want to be close Antwerp Central Train Station. You can simply see the train station out of the window. During my stay their restaurant is under renovation so the guests had to cross the street to Radisson Blu and have breakfast their. Well, it has an advantage of it as Radisson Blu has better facility and their restaurant has a very nice view to the majestic train. Going back to Park Inn, the rooms are okay for its price. I would recommend this if the price is right! 👍
