Amazing stay! Everything was fast and easy! Rakhi was so sweet and amazing and took great care of us. It was so easy to get to the Taj and fast. This hotel was just perfect for my time in Agra. The breakfast was also so good :).

Efficient check in. Very elaborate breakfast bar to cater to all cuisines. Friendly and helpful staff. Aditya was especially very attentive. Plug in room fragrance was not to my liking so I unplugged it.

Recently stayed for two nights and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the property boasts nice and clean rooms, well-furnished accommodations, and an impressive lobby. Its proximity to the eastern gate of the Taj Mahal is certainly a plus for tourists. However, my stay was marred by several issues. The service was consistently subpar, indicating a poorly trained team. The noise outside the rooms throughout the night was disruptive, hindering a peaceful sleep experience. Additionally, attempting to contact housekeeping for assistance proved frustrating, as calls often went unanswered. When they did answer, the team either failed to address the issue promptly or lacked the capability to resolve it satisfactorily. In summary, while the hotel offers excellent hardware with aesthetically pleasing rooms and a great lobby, the software, represented by the service and responsiveness of the staff, falls disappointingly short. Improved training and attention to customer service could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Very nice we stayed for 2 days and our package includes all 3 meals. I must say the food was delicious and superb awesome. Everything from salad to deserts everything was just perfect. The front desk staff and all staff were very humble. A very special thanks to chef Manoj for the delicious food. And all the staff in the dining area were very helpful. I would love to visit this place in future also.

Our stay at Radisson Agra was thoroughly comfortable, making it an excellent choice for those visiting the city. The strategic location ensured a quick 5-minute auto ride to the iconic Taj Mahal, enhancing the overall convenience. The culinary experience was a highlight, with the restaurant and breakfast buffet offering delicious options. However, the only drawback during my stay was the unheated swimming pool, which limited its use, especially during colder weather. Nonetheless, the attentive service, convenient location, and enjoyable dining experiences make Radisson Agra a recommendable stay for those exploring the beauty of Agra.
