Made a last minute reservation and the lady answering the phone was very nice and accommodating as we had a pet with us. She tried her best to put us in a room close to the side door for quick in/out for our dog. We had dinner and breakfast at their restaurant and food and service was great! Especially our server Hemant, he was so kind and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great meal. Our room was clean and lots of parking available ☺️

Room was nice, but the coffee cream left for the morning was stale. Both of them 🤦‍♂️ Would be nice for staff to check that in rooms, and also no USB charging?? Had to use my laptop to charge as no one brings their adapter anymore. Other than that it was close to the airport, bed 🛌 and front staff were super nice but little things made me give a 4, room for improvement!! Cheers

After two flights (one from the UK and a domestic one from Vancouver), we collected our luggage and waited outside for the shuttle bus to take us to the hotel. The journey to the hotel was around 15 minutes. We checked in with no issues. The room was a standard king room which was clean and a suitable option for an overnight stay. We ate in the Grille and Bar and the food was served quite quickly and was hot. A welcome beer was consumed after the long day travelling. The shuttle took us back to the airport in the morning and the driver dropped us off outside the car hire companies to enable us to collect our hire car for our onward journey.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had in a very long time. Starting off with the staff, they are so incerdibly friendly, attentive, accommodating and knowledgeable. The location is ok, it seemed further away than I expected, but still only a few kilometers from the airport, and they have a shuttle running hourly. The room is as good as you're going to get anywhere else, clean, well stocked with towels, and other amenities, and most importantly very comfortable. Restaurant is also fantastic!
