Very nice apartment in a good part of Vienna - everything you might want (museums, good restaurants etc.) is close, apart from the supermarket, but nothing delivery apps can’t fix. We also had a terrace which we haven’t used a single time due to 35 degrees outside, but the view from it is also nice. There were more than enough coffee pads, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and so on, so as long as you have water with you when checking in, you will survive.

Fabulous place to stay. It was my home for 6 weeks. Infrastructure is perfect. Everything you might need is in walking distance, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, public transportation. The manager Olena Matselo responded promptly to all my small problems which I really appreciated. Washer and dryer are on the same floor and one has to share with the other renters. The room has a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and the toilet is extra with a little sink. The AC worked very well and one can choose the temperature. All appliances have a QR code and one can learn about them by watching YouTube videos. The rooms are cleaned every week and also on request. The cleaning ladies are efficient and thorough. Everything was very clean. All in all a really wonderful stay.

Be aware that there are two different Rafael Kaiser buildings in Vienna. We went to Antonigasse 1 . This one is not near the center of the city. So you have to walk about 2.5 kms to be were you want to be. The building is standard and a bit old. The aparments have been refurbished. They are just ok. Photos are better than reality. I wouldn't go back. Maybe try at the other Rafael Kaiser building

We spent four nights at the apartment and was very satisfied. Hotel management was great and responsive. Check in and out was super easy. Location was excellent, close to grocery store and U-Bahn station. Room was full equipped and I love we can do some laundry so can pack lighter if staying for multiple days. We had two bedroom unit and plenty of space, which is a rare find in Europe. Would love to stay here again if back in Vienna.
