I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa by Hilton Niagara Falls. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well-located, just a short walk from the falls and the skyline tower. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. But the best part was the view from my room on the top floor. I could see the majestic Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls from my window, and it was a sight to behold. The falls were illuminated at night, creating a magical atmosphere. I also loved the sound of the water, which was soothing and relaxing. It was a dream come true to wake up to such a beautiful view every morning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience the Niagara Falls in style.

Me and my wife Jenny had our anniversary weekend here. I had booked a suite for us and I am overwhelming happy with the room, service and the quality of everything this hotel offers. They have made our anniversary weekend exceptional and we are both very happy. Thank you to the staff for helping make this a memorable weekend for us both. Our room was spotless clean and the staff delivered my wife's flowers directly to our room for when we returned from our day out. Overall we are definitely delighted with the experience and we will return.

We booked a last minute stay on Christmas Day with our 6 year old & got a fantastic deal on a King Suite and were very impressed with the room & hotel overall. We had a great view of the falls & Clifton Hill and had a separate room for our son with a pull out couch. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfy. The indoor pool was great, my son had a blast. The hotel is in walking distance of everything and basically in the center of the entertainment district. We will 100% return!

My sister raves about this hotel so I decided to try it out for myself. I was very disappointed with the room. We stayed in a 2 room suite and when we walked in everything seemed fine. Then as I kept walking through I kept finding issues that made me highly question if they properly clean their rooms. The bathroom still had quite a lot of hair on the floor and some in the shower. Their was also half a granola bar under a chair. I was not going to say anything but then they sent a message asking how the stay was going on our second day there. So I mentioned the issues to them. They said they would be coming in to do regular house cleaning and would address the issues during that. They never did. None of the issues were looked after. I messaged again to just let them know that these issues were not addressed. They said they would send someone up but at this point there was no point. We would be leaving in the morning. There was also a giant stain on the box spring. These issues just made me question if they clean the rooms properly between guests or not. Also usually the pool is open until 10. As far as we knew anyways. When we came down to use it at around 630pm sunday night the pool was closed with no notices anywhere where we could see posted in any obvious places. One of the reasons why we stayed here was because of the pool area. Overall I was just very disappointed.
