I stayed here on a voucher from United Airlines (my flight was delayed) Very nice hotel, what you'd expect from Marriott. The check-in staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and the bed was really comfortable. I are the breakfast buffet the next morning and for $19.99 it was decent and filling. The waitstaff were really nice too. I highly recommend this hotel when staying by O'Hare airport

I was invited here for a wedding/reception. It was actually cool because we were allowed to book our rooms here too. It was very nice and elegant and the food was delicious. My suggestion if you need any type of room service request early because after hours you will have to leave your room and go down to the front desk. Oh and the scenery in the room really look like I'm outside downtown Chicago(amazing) and I can't forget about the mirrored elevators. You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I had a nice room and the hotel itself is beautiful. However, we couldn’t get breakfast and we had to take cold showers because something was wrong with the boiler. We’re very unhappy about that since we couldn’t take hot showers. When we checked in, the clerk at the front desk held $50 on my visa for incidentals, but I think I should have that refunded back to me. To recap, we were looking forward to having breakfast, but we were never told when it ended and we had a hard time trying to figure out how they did breakfast. We called down to the front desk to ask, but the person who answered the phone didn’t seem like she knew how to use the phone system to connect us to the restaurant. Also, having to take cold showers really was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I would like for the general manager, Jeff Brown, to contact me so we can resolve this matter and so I can be credited appropriately.

Very mixed feelings about our stay. We called them at 12:30am and they were able to come pick us up, even if the shuttle was not at that time. This was great. Then we got to the hotel and at check in the guy tells us there is some good and bad news. Good news is they have one last room available (ahhh excuse me, I paid in full when making the reservation, you’d better have 1 room available), but it only has 1 bed, while we booked a room with 2 queen beds as we were traveling with our 2 years old and we do not co-sleep. Great. We got upstairs and there was a king bed and a sofa, so we managed with the setup. We got to breakfast and payed $20 per adult … but I question what for, as this was the cheapest breakfast we ever had, pretty much comparable to a cheap motel. Some scrambled eggs, some sausages, yogurt and fruits. No veggies, no bread, cream cheese, cheese or anything else. Some cheap pastry that looked 3 days old. If you are a vegetarian, you may use your $20 to DoorDash better food. Pool was amazing, heated water. We’d probably come again, but choose better for breakfast.
