Company provide this apartment Very Very bad room not good at all, seem like they not clean and refresh room well. May their services person are not good enough. Kittel they provide very bad.they said this best they have, you can see it in pic. Kitchen vessels very old not look clean you won't feel to cook. No smart tv ,no YouTube to watch your favourite stuff. Ultimate you won't have good feel.

Very disappointing. 1. Room smells of cigarette smoke. 2. Small and uncomfortable mattress. 3. There are no water glasses/mugs in the room. You need to pay 20 euros an extra for them. 4. You are an hour walk from the city, or a bus and a train ride. 5. Housecleaning is only once per week. 6. No bag storage. I have stayed in hotels in rural Russia that are better equiped. If I am giving something 1 star, it means that I am incredibly disappointed.

WATCH OUT! VERY BAD! In October 2022 I booked an apartment here. The room and bed were very dirty and the furniture is worn out and unsafe. (!!!!SEE PHOTOS IN GOOGLE REVIEW!!!!) The Bed: - The double bed is small (160cm wide) and is offered with a single bed blanket. - The bed is very soft and you can feel the springs of the bed - The mattress (sheet) was full of dirty stains and hair!!!! Furniture: - There is one chair in the 'apartment' that is completely worn out. There are several holes in the seat cover. - Dangerous lamp. The plug of the lamp on the bedside table is broken. The cables hang loose in the socket 'Apartment': - It is advertised as an apartment. There is a microwave and an induction hob. There is nothing else available at all!! No cutlery, no plates, no glasses, no cleaning supplies, nothing at all! - Cooking utensils can be rented for CHF 20 per day! SHOCKING! - There is no coffee machine or kettle. Noise disturbance: - The rooms are very noisy. You can listen in on the conversations of the guests in other apartments.

The good: The bed is nice, nice view from the last floor, good balcony to enjoy, public transportation stops nearby, great if you are cycling, there is also a publi bike stop nearby. The bad: it wasn't properly clean when I arrived, the bathroom smelled like pee :'(, they cleaned it only once during my stay, it comes empty unless you rent the kitchen items by 20CHF per day.
