Thank you Andrea! Before arriving Andrea sent a WhatsApp message to ensure what time we were to arrive, which was a really welcoming touch. After arriving late at night, our room key was ready upon arrival with all necessary information. The rooms are gorgeous and very authentic with air-con and water provided in the mini fridge. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a 5 minute walk to local coffee shops and a 15 minute walk to shopping and main sights. Overall, great service!

A nice hotel with everything we needed, in a peaceful part of the neighborhood that was just a short walk away from everything. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Andrea was very helpful, gladly stored our luggage on our arrival and departure days, and provided all the information for our water taxi return to the airport. We would stay here again!

Beautiful small hotel located in a perfect area: near fundamente Nove for the vaporetto and airport boat! Within 5min of walk you are in the busy area of Venice, the hotel is located in a nice quite street which is good in the evening and morning if you wanna rest a bit. The room is decorated in Venician style, very authentic and super clean when we arrived. The reception helped us when we had an issue with the noise with the neighbors upstairs. The main con: thin wall and hard pillow (at least for me). They don’t serve breakfast but it was so nice to enjoy breakfast outside in a sunny terrace! I will def come back.

Good quality hotel, can't fault it. Very quiet part of Venice but not far from the good stuff. The air con was an absolute life saver for a northern Brit who finds anything above 25c a bit unpleasant. Quaint hotel with a bit of character, decent shower even if you're tall, bed more than large enough for an above average height couple and I think we were in one of the cheaper rooms, very comfy.

Great boutique hotel for a stay on Venice. The hotel is tastefully decorated and the people we met at reception were kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel is comfortable walking distance to main sights. There is a dock a few minutes walk away where you can pick up a boat to the islands. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again. sights. and there is a dock
