The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel is close to Ayala Mall and the hospital, and there are several useful stores nearby. There is also a water replenishing station nearby. It's peaceful and calm. It is basic and neat. The security officers are doing a good job, and the FO staff are polite and helpful. The staff in HK Department are quite helpful. - ROOM 508

Big and very spacious room Includes Ref. and furnitures Good wifi connection Hotel staff great service Parking space availability Security 24/7 The only concern that i have the air conditioning was not cold enough to keep my room comfortable on desired temperature. hotel is quite old nevertheless its well secured and peaceful place to stay.

This is a decent serviceable hotel if you're in a pinch. They have what they refer to as a restaurant, but it's really nothing but an empty room, and if you catch them at the right time, there might be a cook back there. The desk help were very good.
