I like this place... It has a large kitchen, common room, games, lots of private room showers, and is in a prime location. It's a decent price, especially if you do long stays... And the staff have been very helpful. It is a little rough around the edges, but that comes with the territory of being a large hostel, and the bar downstairs can be very noisy, but earplugs make it manageable (and you have easy access to lots of good live music)

I lived there about 14 nights and I like this hostel, provided that I am a heavy sleeper. Pros: + great location. Accurate at centre centre. Many supermarkets are nearby + welcoming, helpful and easygoing staff + Very affordable price + bedsheet and blanket are clean + big kitchen with oven and other cooking equipment + shower room with hot water + got washing machines. Around £3 to wash, another £3 to dry Cons: - music is very loud esp. during weekend night. (Not suitable for light sleepers, even with earplugs) - only 4 stoves in the kitchen work. Quite competitive during dinner time - basically cannot find fork in kitchen. Better bring your own cutlery - I saw a mouse in the kitchen - the fridge is very packed and a bit smelly. Also someone stole my food - wifi sometimes disconnects at night - no staff at front desk after 7pm, so no one can offer any help at night

Horrid. If you're not being woken by the constant music beneath your floor or the sound of the karaoke room, then you'll probably be woken by the staff overbooking and shining a light in your eyes while you're sleeping. In my case they didn't even try whispering, they spoke at full volume and scanned the room like prison wardens.
