Nice rooms but a lot of things to fix sauna not working because you couldn't get wet coffee machine not working fruit trays paid but never arrived clean room hydromassage also to be reviewed

We stayed in the Gladiator suite. Upon arrival the boy was very kind and friendly. We enter the room and we notice the floor ruined by the humidity of the tub, ruined and dirty walls, bathrooms full of limescale and the same shower. The aperitif arrived and the spritz was terrible, the food was a fruit tray that was ok and good, some cured meats of questionable quality (considering the price spent for the room which was around €300), at least the set of flowers and petals was nice. Hydromassage tub that emptied us (we were blamed for evidently putting the cap on incorrectly... Not true because we only removed it at the end to empty it completely). shampoo (in a sachet) and bubble bath in banal bars of soap therefore NON-EXISTENT. Broken living room window which forced us to have an aperitif in the cold and to close the door so as not to feel cold at night. Considering the cost of the rooms, I honestly expected a more excellent service and more obsessive care of the structure, also because at the entrance to the structure you have the 5 star logo... and in my opinion the structure does not represent 5 stars. For goodness sake, beautiful, evocative but very little care apart from the friendliness of the reception staff. I don't feel like recommending it for anyone who is curious enough to come here with around €300, there are much more well-kept and beautiful structures. It doesn't deserve that money... We definitely won't return to this facility at least until it is treated as it deserves.
