It was an awful booking experience. After booking, the hotel sent me an email mentioning that their front desk operated only until 4 pm, and if we were to arrive later, we needed to follow lengthy instructions on how to retrieve the keys. Seriously? A hotel without a 24-hour front desk?! Another concerning aspect was that they asked for my full credit card details via email for a city tax fee! Anyone should know it’s not advisable to send credit card details via email! Last but not least, since our flight to Rome had been rescheduled to another date, we asked them to adjust our booking accordingly, but they refused to do so. They charged us the full booking amount for nothing. Additionally, in order to receive a refund for the city’s tax fee, I need to provide them with the last four digits of my credit card. We’ve had much better and professional experience at B&B in Egypt!! This place shouldn’t be classified as a “hotel”!!! Also, they keep calling me by my last name without using a title (“Dear Smith”), even after I have pointed it out to them.

Cheap accommodation. Our room was clean. Spotless clean bathroom. Fresh white towels and sheets. Slight change of room and hotel staff very accommodating. This might not be for everyone but we found it perfect.

We stayed 2 nights at Roma Resort Termini. We had an early check-in thanks to the lady at the reception. The room was spacious but smelled like moist. Overall it was clean. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work. The first night was a little bit cold and the only way we were able to heat the room was thanks to the towel heater in the bathroom. The breakfast was very poor. Hotel is only 25 minutes away from Colosseum and 35 minutes away from Fontana di Trevi by foot. The neighbourhood was very sketchy especially in the evening.

This place was Nasty & Disgusting! I don’t recommend to anyone! The pictures are totally fake. They should be ashamed of themselves. It is very unsafe & once the receptionist leaves at 4 pm you are on your own. I had an emergency & it was terrible to get a hold of someone. I finally did & we sent a courier as they requested & the new receptionist sent them away with out the package. Then we had to pay the courier & for a bus ticket to go back to Rome to get the package. We wasted an entire day. They said sometimes things happened & didn’t offer to pay for their mistake.

Not recommended. We booked a room for one night at this hotel, which is located right behind the train station. However, there were some issues with our experience. The hotel reception is only open from 9 am to 5 pm, and we were arriving after 5 pm. They denied us the self-check-in key code and asked us to pay a city tax of 3.5 euros to get the code. We paid the full amount in advance, but they couldn't wait until 9 am the next morning for such a small fee. Our decision to choose this hotel was primarily based on our late arrival and the need for a quick shower and sleep.
