Stayed for one night only, but it was such a pleasant experience. Alfredo chatted with me via whatsapp (I booked through Expedia so all messages were duplicated there as well), gave very thorough instructions about checking in and out, how to get into the building etc. Room was nice and clean with good air conditioning, mini fridge and a coffee machine (there are also rooms with a kitchen). WiFi speed was decent. Overall, it was a great value for location and amenities offered.

We had a great experience, we stayed for just one night. The owner/manager communicated with us the night before through WhatsApp on how to get into the building, and how to get to our room. The bed was comfortable, fast WiFi, the AC, and hot water worked great. The room was clean. The street is quiet, there was no noise or high traffic at night. It was easy to walk down to the local park, and to Plaza las Americas. This is more a do it yourself place, instead of our usual “tourist” hotel where there is always staff to cater to our every need. We loved it. We definitely recommend it, it was easy to get to and very practical. I didn’t take any pictures but the building is safe, convenient, clean and overall very nice.

The description of the rooms is exactly what you get, there are no "games", no hidden "flaws", which is very nice. We never saw the owner, we just exchanded some messages via WhatsApp and the room and the keys were waiting for us. We experienced only few minor "cons" like not-lockable window and not working stove but we did not really care about that (the flat was in 2nd floor and there were tacos everywhere, who need to cook?). The cleaning is extra (dunno, like 150 pesos?) but one day we have found our rooms cleaned even we did not ask for that. A vacuum cleaner or even a washing machine would be an amazing thing to add to the house tho.
