If you want to messed your travel up, then this hotel absolutely will be your first choice. The air conditioning in our room malfunctioned, and I coordinated with them for two nights, enduring the hot temperatures. They didn't want to change my room, so the next night they sent maintenance personnel in to fix the room. Even the maintenance personnel couldn't bear it for a while and then left. A gentleman at the front desk is like a boss. Except for being a real receptionist when he comes in for payment, he remains indifferent when problems arise. He calls for service several times but only promises hastily without any results. The room service is also very poor. The first thing we do after we came back every day is to ask them for new towels and some bathing supplies. But to be fair, they are still very good at tidying up the bed. We stayed in a four-star hotel and it was very difficult for us to stay. We even felt that the front desk should give me a tip before leaving because we provide them with a lot of 'service and tolerance.' By the way, don't fill out those complaint forms before leaving, and expect them to contact you to solve the problem. We carefully filled out a form at the time and looked forward to an apology in the future. They inquired about my phone number and said they would reply to us within fourteen days. I haven't received any response within fourteen days. Perhaps if I had paid attention to their trash can that day, I could have retrieved my form from there on the same evening.

The service I experienced was consistently poor throughout my stay. Upon arrival, a few hours before the scheduled check-in time, I was rudely informed that I needed to return later. Additionally, the staff was unable to confirm the event organized by my company for over 80 people. In my room, I encountered two maintenance workers unsuccessfully attempting to fix a window. When checking out, the reception staff failed to provide me with an invoice despite spending over 30 minutes providing my details. The hotel itself appeared outdated and unclean, suffering from understaffing and generally poor customer service.

Lovely rooms, great food. The people are lovely and is well located. Easy to find your way to the hotel area, isla mujeres and nice beaches.

I stayed there for my 2 nights in Cancun. It is located quite close to ado station so we get there by foot. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Room had everything we needed. Big advantage is huge underground parking for which we did not have to pay additionaly. Thanks to that it was underground our rented car did not heat up. Only cons were that there was a little mold in hotel and walls were made of paper so we heard people talking in next room and everywhere around.
