I couldn't have chosen a better Hotel, in terms of value and location. Travelled solo, so a central hotel was necessary. Room was OK. Very clean. I had an inside room looking at the courtyard. Basic, but all you need for the stay. The toilet and shower are next to the bed, separated by a glass. I would have felt awkward if I was with a friend 😆 The sink was in a corner of the room. It was actually nice. I've given 4 stars because I had a small problem with the smell coming from the shower's drain. I had to place a towel on top to cover it and stop the smell coming out. I did report it, but it must be something to do with the whole pipes system. The staff at the reception was really nice and left in the room a handwritten apology. Also, the air-conditioning system. I couldn't work out how to switch it off. I had to ask at the reception. It was just a small switch on the top right of the device on the wall. Impossible to notice it. Maybe it would be an idea to leave some instructions 😅 The hall in cozy. The cafe shop serves a very good coffee! It doesn't belong to the Hotel, but it's handy to have it inside. People were coming from all over. It's not just for guests. I've ended up buying coffee to take back with me. Overall, I would definitely recommend this Hotel, and I would happily go back.

Amazing lobby Amazing smel from the coffee shop The room was good but as everywhere in Spain expect thin walls and noise. Also some noise from the street during weekend. The location is amazing. Just by lovely church next to a main shopping street and 10 minutes to cathedral. I would stay again

❌ Don't come! ❌ Don't come! ❌ Don't come! ❌ 👎Very BAD experience You can't change the room temperature on your own, you need to run down to the reception to tell them what temp you want (yes they hang up on you immediately if you speak English but not Spanish🤮😵‍💫😵‍💫). And the room ventilation is broken, imagining taking a sheeeet without washroom vent🤢... And it's a small room...and you can't open the window because if you do the AC will stop working.. The reception refused to give store manager's number as well, only email. But they don't respond at all. People just don't give a D about you once you paid. They have ZERO responsiveness on addressing issues. 😡 Plus, the room has no window to the street, there's no view. Only a window to the lobby so everyone walks by can see you. And you will listen to the lobby music until 12am.

Had a terrible stay at this hotel. The washroom fan was disfunctional, and despite informing the reception, no resolution was provided. Additionally, the broken toilet emitted a foul smell, making the room smells really really disgusting. Requested a room change, but none was available, with no compensation offered. Disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and unaddressed issues. Not recommended.
