We really loved this place! Staff were very very awesome! They were very polite and helpful. They helped us with the train schedule, lend us adaptor socket and even change my coins so their vendo machine would take it in. They made our stay superb! The hotel is walking distance away from Tokyo tower which was very cool as you'll get to go there easily. Walking distance to a train station as well and short cross to a Lawson convenience store. The hotel has a restaurant but wasn't able to try it. Our room had a little bit of Tokyo tower view and the room was very clean and quite spacious for a Japanese hotel room. We really love our stay here. When we find ourselves in Tokyo again, we'll definitely book here again.

What a great place to stay on a budget holiday! Beds and pillows were a bit harder than we are used to but everything else about the place was awesome! Maid serves was great and the hotel lobby staff were accommodating to our lack of Japanese! So close to train stations! Also the neighborhood around the hotel was really incredible with the Tokyo tower and a beautiful Buddhist temple within walking distance! We loved our stay! We already miss our beautiful Rose Stay and the surrounding neighborhood!

Pretty inconvenient if you are not doing business in the immediate area. Especially during summer since it's far from the main train stations . The front desk personnel were nice, I think they were bilingual for English speakers. The AC was very inadequate. I would avoid this place during the summer. WIFI also seems to be severely throttled, I probably couldn't work from here. But the rooms were clean and tidy. Convenient for a walk to Tokyo tower.

The hotel itself isnt too bad, staff were friendly. The rooms are kinda small but enough to get you by. The main issue is the AC. BECAUSE THERE IS NO AC. Im sweating like crazy even after disabling the heater. And the housekeepers turn it back on. Also the fridge only works when you have your room key in a special slot. So all my stuff went bad while i was out. Speaking of going out, not a whole lot to do in this area. Mostly office spaces and big companies. Its a short enough walk to a subway station though.
