Stayed at this hotel twice, every time was satisfied. Very clean, beautiful view on the canal, close to the center as wells as cafes and public transport. Especially grateful to manager Sam, he replied very fast to my messages and reacted to my request to change a room, just because I wanted the same view as the first time, made my evening much better and brighter. I also like the fact they provide Rituals set for the shower, I love this brand, as majority of people. Recommended place to stay;)

Good communication, very tidy and modern rooms. Only some noise of other guests during the evening/night. And a minor problem with the bathroom door but not even worth mentioning, they gave me a heads-up before arrival so everything was very clear!

Very conveniently situated on beautiful water ways near Rotterdam Central. I think that a guest should be warned about the stairs, as my room was on the top floor. Unfortunately other Guests had little disregard for other tenants. It felt like furniture was being moved above me for hours and other Guests proceeded to laugh, giggle and talk loudly until 2am. It's not the cheapest accommodation but had all the modcons. There was a mosquito problem as well probably due to the canal water.

- The decor appeared modern, but seemed a bit poorly finished in detail (the reported gap in the shower stall and the curtain rod that was partially detached. ) - The bed was comfortable, but the topper had a tendency to slip at the slightest provocation. - The handle from the faucet seemed quite loose, making it easy to pull off. I don't want to just criticize, though. I found the contact with Sam pleasant and eager to find a solution. Even when it came to providing assistance with setting up the JustIn app. I found the house to be a nice retreat. The location at the Heemraadssingel seems almost picturesque.

Great and very comfortable hotel. Beautifully restored building in a quiet neighbourhood, with bristling multicultural area just around the corner. Many options for good food and entertainment at walking distance and the luxury of green and quiet area right in front of the hotel. Self check-in is easy and very streamlined, service is fast and reliable. Very private place. Highly recommended!
