It's a good place to take a walk to the morning and night market, but lastly, this is my experience. Room smells like mold. Place filthy disgusting. Bed sheets seem like they were not changed because I found hair laying when I yank the blanket. Also, first and foremost, don't leave your valuable items behind. We had asked the staff not to clean our room, and still they proceeded to. After we checked out of their hotel, and country already, we found out that our money was missing. I had email the place but they did not respond back. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. I DON'T EVEN UNDERSTAND HOW DID THEY GOT 4 STARS.

Very nice hotel that centrally located in the tourist area of Luang Prabang. It sit adjacent to the National Museum and the famous Night Market. This is a very quiet and secure location with very professional staff who can speak English. The rooms and the grounds are very clean. There is also a restaurant attached to this hotel. The only issue I had was a possible hacker attached to the wifi. I was going to book another stay via my app but I could be cause caution errors. I have never had this before in SE Asia.

Not really a 4 star hotel… service is not great. I never got my wifi passcode or was introduced to the facilities. They also gave my laundry a day late right before I was checking out (despite paying much more than the outside prices) and did not even know where it was. Booking a tuktuk to the train station was also a trouble because the staff said he simply doesn’t know how to do that. The service is not tourist ready… I think you can find a better place with better service.
