My stay was just good. Beds were comfortable, wifi was stable, and the food was decent. Elevators work and stairs are easy to find and use. Shower is very small and they did not supply shampoo or body wash. They also did not come make up the room on my first night. Lastly, it has a good central location.

Thanks to the hotel for the great treatment and hospitality. The service was top notch in terms of cleanliness, service and location of the hotel. Special thanks for front disk ( Oren & Duaa ) for great treatment and dealing that we received from them. From the time we check in to the time we check out . And Oren even help us how to get to Jerusalem and how to use bus and train. Oren, Thank you for the best service. Really high recommend.

The front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful with my last-minute booking. The hotel has a dining room, I had my breakfast on-site which was a great thing, I didn't have to worry about where to eat every morning. Belinda from the dining room was a pleasure, always welcomed guests with a big smile, and she gave me great recommendations regarding places to visit. The rooms are spacious, simple, and clean, but the bathrooms could use some refurbishment. It is very well located, approximately a ten-minute walk from Old Jaffa and 35 minutes from Carmel market. Overall, the hotel was good and the price was reasonable.
