This is a pretty cave hotel. Some things we wished we knew before arrival: The rules say Halal, so we were prepared to cover knees and shoulders, and all food be Halal. When we arrived, we learned that there are more detailed rules posted at the entry desk (but not found anywhere online or on reservation confirmations). I posted a pic, but essentially no shorts, LEGGINGS or tank tops allowed. There is no pool if you don't have a room with one, so bathing suits stay in the room. Second note is that the cave room gets HOT and there is a light that no one can turn off which made it super hard to sleep. Overall, everyone was very nice, the breakfast was amazing, and they helped us get our hot air balloon. ** a note on the hot air balloons- the gov says when they can go up, and if you arrive after it has been a "no" for several days, the price can go up even more due to the demand of people that missed their original fly date.

The hotel is just minutes away from the city center. Amazing view from the room and breakfast area. The rooms are spacious, unique design, but I would have liked it better if there was some privacy for the bathroom and shower. The staff were very friendly and accessible. Specifically Urhan, his service was excellent. Also, a special thanks to Cem and Moustafa for the warm welcome and great service. They even arranged a private taxi for me on my last day to see Devrent valley and the castle.

Honest luxury fully halal hotel. The hotel is very clean and the rooms spacious. The manager, the cleaners, the restaurant staff and other support staff are all very polite and always go the extra mile to help the guests. Special thanks to Hamza, Orhan and Kemal who made our stay extraordinarily comfortable with their most kind service. The breakfast is not a buffet, it is a full continental breakfast and you can ask for anything you desire, they will make it for you. Nothing seems too much. Absolutely coming back inshallah and I am recommending this hotel to friends and family. Also special thanks to Kemal who is so sincere that after overcharging me a small amount by accident (I didn’t even notice), notified me a day later that he had overcharged me and gave me back the difference. Where do you find such sincerity nowadays in business?
