I walked in to ask if they had a room available: price was much less then on Booking. I got the big family room in the back, very clean and spacious. Good ventilation in the bathroom (so no damp room) and shower with good water pressure. No view out of the room but possibility to open the windows and have some fresh air in. Due to the location of the room in the back not much noise from the street and the morning market. Breakfast is good and meanwhile you can look at the people strolling over the morning market, very nice! The staff is very friendly!

I highly recommend this hotel where I stayed 4 nights with my family. The hotel is very well located in the heart of the town and very close to the markets and main monuments. The accomodation was very comfortable and clean and the services provided by Seng was absolutely outstanding.

This hotel is very nice with lovely clean rooms, free wifi, and other amenities. It is very close to the river, night markets and plenty of good food places. The receptionist especially was very helpful to me when I was struggling to exchange my lao kip to USD before flying home as no banks would exchange for me. He personally called and drove me to places and helped translate my situation for me. I will be forever grateful for the help that this hotel provided me when no one else would. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Laos!
