Booked this hotel for a one week stay in Tokyo for 4 people. We booked the "Twin Room with Bath" which could of fit 5 people but was the perfect amount of room for 4. Self check-in was easy and although there wasn't a elevator, we were only on the 2nd floor so was it easy to walk up. The room was clean and spacious enough for us to put our suitcases in and walk around still. There was a small closet area next to the bathroom where you could put your suitcases to get out of the way. The room had a bunkbed too for additional space. We loved how the automated toilet(bonus point: automatically had a warm seat and the bidet was a godsend!) a had its own separate room, that way someone could use the toilet while another person could shower in the separate shower room. There was a double sink next to the shower which you don't see in many hotels(saved us a lot of time of not waiting for someone to be done with the sink). There were nearby convenience stores close to the area and also a 24 hour laundry mat down the street. The walk to the nearest station is about 7-8 minutes. Overall the room was clean, decently spacious and quiet. Everybody in my party loved it and would totally book again if we come back to Tokyo!

Sure, the room is quite small for our 5-person party, even though we stayed in the biggest room available. But all we needed is to get creative with the space and the furniture to fit us all. I was the unlucky one who slept on the floor. Overall it was a wonderful stay; the employees were nice, transporting your luggage from the nearest station can be quite a hull and overall, just great.

booked a two person room with a pull out couch for three people because i was traveling with my family. overall, the room was bit small but very much understandable for tokyo. it was very clean (although the mat in the bathroom had a bit of a smell but i did not mind). i really enjoyed my stay here as my family and i were mainly out all day so the room size was fine. the location is super convenient (5-10 walk for smaller stations and 20 min walk for shinjuku station) and also a nice quiet getaway from the bustle of tokyo. there's a lot of convenience stores nearby that u can ship your luggage if needed to. most of the time we were there, no one was at the front desk but when we were checking out a super nice lady was there. i didn't end up catching her name :(( but she was suuuuper nice and told us we can go back to the hotel and ask her for help if we had any issues shipping our luggage at the convenience store. would def come back and i wish the best for that lady at the front desk :D
