Not quite breakfast. This hotel is at the low end of a narrow band of value hotels and priced accordingly. Rooms are very small with aged but clean unit baths. Breakfast is coffee, tea, white toast and vegetable soup if you're early enough. Hard boiled eggs are 100 yen if not sold out. If you are a big breakfast eater, better to pass or eat elsewhere. Hotel and rooms are well kept but showing age. Enclosed sidewalk cafe is not fancy but has character.

The hotel is a bit on the small side but it gives a bang for your buck! there was a little issue on our first day but nothing too major, probably just an honest mistake haha, The hotel itself is good for a quick vacation, not too much on scenic views but it is near a lot of other shops you might need necessities for. the Restaurant has an amazing atmosphere and a relaxing vibe, the food was delicious too! would recommend, 5/5★

I took a private room in the annex. Definitely on the older side, but for the price, size, and location, it's an excellent deal. The cafe at the bottom is nice as well.

I've stayed here 3 times on 3 different occasions, and I'll keep coming back on future trips to Tokyo! Firstly, the staff alone are enough to keep you coming back. If you ask for reccomendations, of spots around the area, they will try their best to reccomend good and drink. They also are super kind and helpful throughout the check-in process, and everyone speaks perfect English. The facilities, such as shared showers, toilets and sinks, have been clean everytime I've been there. The beds could go for a little update to something more sturdy, but for the price, they are comfortable and definately good enough! Rooms are a little small, with not much space for luggage if all beds are occupied, so keep that in mind if you have alot of luggage, or big luggage. The location is amazing and very convenient for travelling to all of Tokyo's hot spots via train.
