Amazing hotel, amazing experience! It was my first time visiting Venice and I could not have picked a better place to stay. The property is stunning, the garden is very beautiful and well kept, the views are spectacular. The shuttle service makes it very easy to get to the heart of Venice. So you can enjoy the best of 2 experiences. The hotel app works really well, we ordered additional hangers and an iron and they were delivered very fast to our room. We had dinner at the Acquarello restaurant and it was superb, both the food and the house red wine. I found only 2 things that can be improved: the service at the bar on the terrace next to the chapel, and the food at the pool bar. But the rest was perfection. Hope to be back soon to this really special place!

You can't fault this Hotel. Nestled on its own island, it welcomes you to a luxury experience that's difficult to match. Beautiful grounds, historic long corridors, very modern rooms with an eye for detail. Friendly staff happy and willing to go the extra mile. The restaurant menu choices were a tad conservative, but it's well cooked and presented. It's no wonder it's amongst the best hotels in the world

Both my partner and I had an amazing time in Venice last week whilst staying at the San Clemente Hotel on its very own private island. Their hotel itself was beautiful, the bedroom was exquisite, the grounds were great as was the swimming pool and surrounding facilities. All of the staff were extremely friendly and very welcoming, the overall level of service was first class. To top it off, having access to the hotels very own boat transfer facility into San Marco and back made traveling easy and stress free. We will definitely be returning to Venice and the San Clemente Hotel again very soon.

Everything was fine, yet the room price was expensive for the rooms ! You pay for being on a private island, but not for your wellbeing as a guest who payed that amount!! the food was poor , seems like the chef had the flew and couldn't taste what he cooks! Food was tasteless! And didn't even look like it's coming from a five stars hotel with those wow prices! The portions are mini but the prices are extremely high for the poor food and the poor ingredients! You will love the place, it's like heaven on earth, yet make sure to find a good place to eat at ! And don't expect anyone to answer the phone from the room, no room service nor housekeeping nor any one answers😄 Even though I'd go again and again, It's really nice and relaxing. Thanks for the owner who takes care of the trees himself! Great job. Hope you go back to using the wooden oven and serve pizza 😋
