Hotel ai due Principi

I have nothing good to say about this hotel, firstly very expensive for the room provided. The bed was rubbish, may as well be made of bricks, the pillows were paper thin, the extras in the cupboard also paper thin (I generally find pillows at hotels too thick so for them to be too thin for me, I can't imagine what a person that likes thicker pillows would experience). The room had electronic controls for lights and do not disturb sign, this didn't work and fell off the wall everytime we closed our door. The toilet seat was broken, literally slide of the toilet while sitting on it. The hair-dryer stopped working halfway through my partner trying to dry her hair. Someone from the hotel entered our room for no apparent reason and left the room open with all our valuables inside, they claimed it was a cleaner but our bed wasn't made and we didn't receive any new towels, still have no idea why someone was in our room which is very concerning. My guess is staff know the hotel is rubbish as when we checked out we weren't even asked how our stay was. Exact words were.. "18 euro for city tax" we payed, he handed us our change and not another word spoken, not even good-bye or thank you.. nothing. I would absolutely never recommend this place to someone not even for $10 per night. I'm almost positive they don't care but incase you would like to rectify these issues, the room number was 202. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

Location was great but I expected more from a 4 star hotel. The bed wasn’t double mattress they just put two single mattresses next to each other; outside was noisy and we always woke up from other guests’ noise in the hotel hallway and steps. Maybe changing the doors might help a bit.
