By far one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Had to carry my own luggage. Hard to find. Breakfast was mediocre at best! The suite room for the price was old and mold all over the tub. Book somewhere else! This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Location is good but hotel is very old! One star at best! Stay clear . Not worth it.

The location is amazing but the hotel is okay. To begin with, it was difficult to find because Maps takes you to their back entrance, not the front door which we had walked past but didn't have the name of the hotel on it. Then it took us over ten minutes of following the employee in and out of multiple buildings, up and down multiple flights of stairs and finally up a very slow elevator to get to our room. I don't know if the hotel is broken up into different buildings or what but it was exhausting pulling and carrying all our bags and a stroller all over after a day of travel. The room was clean and ok, but it's obviously an older building, as many in Europe are. We had a suite with a kitchenette, but there was nothing stocked. No towels, soap, dishes, silverware, so it was mostly useless. I'd recommend the hotel if you're going to be out all day and want a very central location.

Superb location, very comfortable and unique! Francesca was a great communicator! Even though we arrived later than arranged, they still managed to organise our effortless check-in! We will definitely stay there again!

I absolutely loved the place, such character. I can't believe people say it needs updating, they should stick to Travelodge. This place was just a classic hotel, with very clean rooms, with excellent staff keeping it all pristine. All of the staff on the reception were so helpful and polite. The best breakfast you could wish for. I hope i can go back. Literally a few mins from St Marks square. 5 mins from the Taxi boat dock. Do beware it's not that accessible around the area. Also research good eating places as so many local places serve the same stuff cafe food at restaurant prices. Try the devil's forest Irish pub 10 mins walk, but over a few stepped bridges.
