Hotel was lovely, staff was *extremely* friendly and so helpful. The room was spacious and beautiful. The breakfast was generous and there were also afternoon/evening snacks although we never got a chance to enjoy it. There were tons of amenities provided in the room & bathroom, everything we could think of or need was already there. The view from our room was lovely. The hotel itself is in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle but literally only a 5-7 minute walk from a busy section of Venice full of shops and cafes. It was also about a

Nice hotel with good sized rooms. The lobby is cool and tastefully decorated and check in was simple. Our room had 2 beds on a split level. Sleeping upstairs was about 5 degrees warmer and no amount of air-con could help that. The beds are comfortable and the linen is high quality. The bathroom is nice but the bath/shower is tiny. Breakfast must be booked in advance because they serve in blocks due to limited seating. There's also a complimentary buffet with some snacks and drinks available from 3pm until 10pm most nights. As far as location goes, you're in Venice so just about anywhere is close to something interesting but it's a short walk to most of the iconic spots and is about 250m to the Grand Canal and a bus or taxi.

For the price the room could have been a bit better. I had a window looking at the bottom of the street. 330€ per night . The bathroom did not have a proper shower, it was integrated in the bathroom. Location is good and central.

Fantastic hotel with great friendly staff. Neda was great to check us in and provide all needed information about the area. As to expect in Venice, no vehicles are allowed and its all walking or taking water taxis. The hotel in conveniently located and provides all amenities. We stayed there last week and having extra space for the kids to sleep was really appreciated.

Maison Venezia was a wonderful place to stay in Venice! The hotel is a beautiful Venetian style. The decor in the rooms keeps with the Venetian style, which is neat! They do seem a bit outdated and old, our floors had a slant and stains in the carpet, which was not ideal. But the staff was very helpful in providing a map and directions around the city! The location is away from the main hustle&bustle of town, which was so nice as it was quiet at night. It's a quick three minute walk to get onto the main road in town with lots of dining and shopping options. It was about a 20 minute walk to St. Mark's square.
