Loved my stay there. We had the townhouse and changed rooms in between as we extended our stay. 1 star deducted because I didn’t like how the toilet in the 1st floor smelled bad :( and we moved to the 2nd floor with no smelly toilet but then the shower would flood up as the drain was bad That aside, I liked having the tub and the interior was really nice

The room we had was huge! It had a living area with a kitchenette. It was comfortable enough for 3 to bunk in. In fact, one of us could have slept on the couch instead of paying for an additional bed 😆 Didn't take pictures as it would likely be the same as all the other reviews. What I can say is that the rooms are clean. So is the bathroom! You get a discount if you have breakfast at the hotel. Just so you know, the serving portions are huge for the porridge. 2 can share. Took photos of breakfast 😆 Note - The hotel is just off the main street which can be a little quiet when you head back late. Also, it's at least a 15 min walk to the main touristy areas.

Ended up staying here twice because we really liked the room and the staff. Seems to be very well managed which I cannot say for all properties in Thailand. And the breakfast is really amazing with great service. It was free with our stay which made the overall value here great. Honestly even though Thai food is the best I don’t love Thai breakfast but this place has delicious American and Thai breakfasts, great coffee and juice, fruits etc. Highly recommend!
