Very nice people and very convenient location, however as mentioned by another reviewer- this hotel does have roaches. Over my 5 night stay I saw 4, a spider, and a few small moths. On top of that the cleanliness was not where it needed to be. It was “Vietnam” clean, so essentially a 6.5/10 on cleanliness scale elsewhere.

Great location and good value for money. Service was excellent! They let us keep our bags before check-in and after check-out. They also let us use the showers after check-out, when we returned from our trekking trip! Trung especially was very kind and helpful.

We were send to this hotel after we found cockroaches in the hotel we actually booked. Just to find the second morning that this hotel has the same problem. So we ended up staying two nights, the beds were comfortable but the sheets didn't look very clean. The room made a clean impression, towels were changed every day, only when looking more closely it wasn't as clean. The location is good, very close to the center but still calm. Just for the fact of the cockroaches I wouldn't stay here again.

We had the best stay at this hotel. Anna, the owner was so nice and welcoming!! She helped us with the activities, gave us a map of Sa Pa, booked us a private car for an activity day. She offers motobike renting for a decent price. She also cooked us a delicious breakfast, safely kept our backpacks after checkout. She let us have a nap after check out because we were cold and tired. The room was awesome, super clean, hair dryer, kettle, flip flop, tv, Ac/heater included. Very fair price, the area is also close to everything, walkable to any places. Will definitely rebook at the same hotel if we go back to this city. Recommend a lot.
