From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and genuine welcome that immediately made me feel special. The exquisite food that was served during my birthday dinner was so delicious of spectacular. Each dish was expertly prepared and presented, and it truly added an extra layer of joy to the celebration. The luxurious rooms provided the perfect sanctuary for relaxation, and the state-of-the-art gym allowed me to maintain my fitness routine even while away from home. The rejuvenating spa experience was a true highlight, and I left feeling completely pampered and rejuvenated. I also want to extend my appreciation for the top-notch security system at the hotel. Always a drama when you checkout for the payment (company is paying) I spent 45 mn with them trying to solve the issue. They were hardly willing to understand even though I've been here 4 times already and everything was always paid.

I am writing to convey my deep disappointment regarding the recent experience at your hotel. Unfortunately, my family encountered a distressing situation where money went missing from their room, and I must express my dissatisfaction with the hotel's failure to address the matter with the utmost integrity and accountability. Moreover, the way my family was treated by the hotel staff/management during this difficult situation added to my disappointment. As a guest, trust is paramount, and incidents like these can significantly impact the overall perception of the hotel. It is imperative that Hotel upholds the expected standards of professionalism and trust. Regrettably, this experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I feel compelled to inform you that neither I nor my family and friends will consider visiting Hotel Sapphire in future. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider necessary improvements to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
