How does this place only have a 4.2/5 rating? This hotel is amazing for the price. Super clean and modern. The breakfast is fantastic, something you'd pay $30 usd for outside of the hotel. The lobby is beautiful and a great place to work a little or meet colleagues and friends. Right in the middle of everything in downtown.

We spent new years with my whole family, there were kids, grandparents, women and teen agers. We had 10 rooms booked, we are all Latin Americans. On New Year’s Eve, one staff from the hotel got really violent and harassed us. It was all because I went to McDonald’s and bought fries because there were no food available at midnight and tried to eat those at the lobby. This guy started screaming at me and suddenly he attacked my grandfather. The security from the hotel grabbed my uncle from the neck and threw him to the ground. I think they were doing their job and my complaint is not even against them. The guy from the hotel was definitely under the influence of substances because he was really violent. (This is not racism at all, it’s just for you to identify him, he was an Afroamerican young guy) Then 6 guys grabbed him and took him into a room because he wanted to attack us. There were 2 years old kids in the group, screaming and crying because the situation really escalated. I am really upset and disappointed because we spend Christmas every year on a different country and this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. The hotel never apologized to us and their only suggestion was to go “hide” to our rooms because they were going to call the police and that was going to be a bigger problem for us. Unfortunately we hated to whole vacation and we didn’t enjoy Sweden because the entire stay was really uncomfortable. Please be aware of that because it is not safe to stay at this hotel.

Great hotel, fantastic location. Staff that go above and beyond to help - what’s not to like. Rooms a little on the small side but that’s to be expected in a metro hotel. I’m not a big breakfast person but available food looked good and I could get a coffee and pastry to start my day.

Good hotel, with great access to the train station. Rooms are surprisingly quiet, given the location in the center of the city. The rooms are modern, with some decor but still fairly plain. The beds were excellent and you have access to the room AC/temperature that cools or heats to your preference. Surprisingly good gym facilities that are available 24/7. The only drawback is the available seating at breakfast, which is extremely limited considering a hotel of this size. I felt "rushed" to eat my breakfast as fast as possible and leave, as they wanted the table cleared for new guests. So not a hotel I would recommend for families with children or if you want to enjoy a long calm breakfast in peace.

Excellent location. It is within a half to three quarters of a mile to all the attractions. The central train station is directly across. Lots of food and shops nearby. The lobby is super comfortable and nice for working. There are bikes as well. The breakfast buffet has a large variety and really good. The rooms are clean and well kept. Although there weren't any windows for my room, it was fine. I slept very well.
