This hotel is outstanding. The concierge team is exceptionally friendly. The breakfast is included, and trust me, there is a wide variety of items to choose from. The cleanliness and organization of everything are impeccable. Additionally, all the staff members are friendly, including the bartender who is delightful to interact with.

Positives: The area is nice and quiet if that is what you are looking for. It is a short walk to the train station if your plan is to go downtown. Negatives: My room key deactivated three times over the course of one week. They were also unnecessarily strict about using the only real tables for dining at their in-house restaurant. It would be great to designate some dining space for free use so paying guests could choose to eat food from other places.

I personally loved everything. Room was great, breakfast amazing! And staff very helpful. I specifically want to say thank you for the gentleman who helped me today to make it to the bus to the airport. He was very nice and friendly! I wish I asked his name, but he worked overnight on 14th of September, leaving morning the 15th (just making sure he gets rewarded for it 🙂).

With proper maintenance this would be a great hotel. The door locking system works every now and then. You do better double check the locking every time. The sun curtain system is living its own life. It's moving up and down (and making noise) randomly during night time. The TV didn't work when we got in the room. We contacted the reception about it and we were told someone is coming to take a look. That someone never came. Then once the room door opened without knocking and instantly went shut as the person coming by apparently noticed the room is inhabited. Bed and shower were good. To make a summary: This hotel has potential but at the moment it seems to have vital security issues and bad maintenance.
