Beware, not all rooms have a balcony as stated. Booked this specifically because I wanted my parents to sit in the balcony and enjoy the views when I do some activities. Reception was very u accommodating of this request and gave a room in the corner with no view and no balcony. The room was not ready at 2.15 pm when 2pm is their check in time. The hotel is at a steep walk from the city centre. The rooms are clean but the room service did not replenish tea and coffee everyday. Don’t bother calling the reception they won’t answer.

Loved my stay here at the scenic apartments. Everything was immaculate and looked recently renovated. The beds were so comfortable, the mini bar was well stocked and I loved the breakfast delivery option. All in all a very comfortable and pleasant stay ☺️

Very nice rooms. High end finishes. Was a very comfortable experience and it’s an easy walk into town. Many rooms have great Mountain View’s. WiFi strength can vary though.

View is great! I am running out of complimentary words. The bed and sofa are both tooooo soft and hurt my back. Front desk with poker faces:) I arrived at 11am and she insisted the check in is not until 2pm, did not even bother to call the house keeping:) I complain to the manager because our room is not ready after 2pm. The front desk: there is no guarantee the room will be ready by 2pm:) Front desk will also insist that you need to park in the garage but actually you can park anywhere:) They make you forgot hotel is a hospitality business and make the whole experience very memorable. I don’t want to call names here but someone in the front desk obviously hates his/her job and should really consider change. Highly recommend if this is what you wish for Christmas. Bonus points wifi is incredible slow.
