I really enjoy going to Seneca Niagara Casino. This visit though (as a smoker) I found the smoking section too smoky. Prior to Covid the smoking section was larger and had much better air circulation. The variety of slots & tables is great but the slots seemed to be tighter than usual. There is free alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages available when playing but there aren’t that many servers coming around and if they do they just say “drinks anyone?” as they run by you. 9/10 times I miss them because they walked by too fast. They are hard to hear over some of the machines. But the servers are friendly.

Rooms are clean, spacious and nicely appointed. Main areas of Hotel were kept clean as was Casino. Even the smoking side was great, I hardly smelt smoke at all. Restaurants got busy, but food was great. No one I knew complained about any of their meals. We especially liked Bear Claw for Coffee! Katelyn greeted us with a warm smile every day, and the service was fast.

Rooms were nice. Wait time for the Three Sister's Cafe was about an hour with a bunch of open tables. Tyler, our severer was great and explained that we came at shift change. Bar in the casino was horrible. We waited 30 to for 40 minutes for drinks. The younger guy was definitely trying to keep up but they had some dead weight behind the bar. The buffet was pretty good. The front desk lady seemed either over worked or just miserable. Over all, 2 stars.

Bartender ignored me and passed me up 5 times then when another customer he went to said I was waiting for a while he took my money before i ordered then charged me $8 each for a bottle domestic beer Coors light. $16 for 2 beers when the website says $6 each! The air conditioning blows the smoking room stench into the regular floor causing me to avoid that area completely! They don't have the same slot machines on both the Non-Smoking and the smoking areas forcing you to go into that area or don't play at all. The only thing enjoyable is the pink bar and the buffet.
