Very poor customer service. I paid for parking and the lot was full. I had to go to overflow. They provided poor driving instructions. I had trouble finding it. It was late, snowing and cold. The valet lot was empty and I asked for a free upgrade until the other paid lot had room. Not only did they reject this small request, they were extremely rude about it. Their staff needs training in customer service. The rooms weren’t great either. I noticed someone wrote a review two months ago about only 1 elevator working. Guess what? There is still only one elevator working. We were on the ninth floor. I got a lot of exercise that weekend. My legs are pumped!

Very disappointed with overall service at this hotel. Started off at check/in. Told room was not ready and to come back in half an hour to pick up key. Was told had to line up in check in line. After two attempts of lining up for an hour we discovered that the room booked was not what we had booked. They ended up giving us another room which was not up to our expectations. No water in fridge, only one cup for coffee, ice machine broken. Could not get through live voice for the front desk to ask for water. Had to go twice to front desk after no water arrived. Parking valet was not available. Handicap parking not available. Had to pay $35.00 for parking across the street about a 10 min walk in an open unsupervised lot which was unsure if I would find my car in the morning. Will never go back to this hotel.

We had a great stay until we went to checkout and get our deposit back. I went to the counter and was told they needed to check my room and then they could give me back my deposit, that I could sit down and they would call me. I waited 20 minutes and finally got back in line to go speak with the person at the desk. Once I got up there the guy says oh ya it’s all done so who knows how long I would’ve sat there waiting for him to call me. Then I had to wait for the person he was checking in before he could help me so, in total it took 45 minutes to checkout and get my deposit. Because of this I doubt we will ever get a room here again!

Not impressed! Location convenient…other than that front desk rude, elevator broken, room had a funny smell and parking was $70 , like Seriously! This info is no where to be seen on the booking otherwise I would not have booked. Room rate $100+taxes and parking $70? Make that make sense. Won’t be back! You’ll notice from the reviews that management only comments on positive reviews, and do not care about addressing negative ones - EMPLOYEES DON’T CARE BECAUSE MGMT DOESN’T EITHER. CUSTOMER SERVICE STARTS WITH MANAGEMENT!!!!
