Unbeatable price/value for Roma especially if ordered through their website. The location is also hard to beat. This hotel is not new, but it well maintained and very clean. It has its own spirit which fits well into Roma. I also loved the marble and wood decor. The staff is also great and helpful. The only caveat is that the Mexico city streets are very noisy and if you are very sensitive to noise you might want a room not facial a street. For me it wasn't an issue though.

Overall this hotel was fine. We booked a deluxe suite - the room was clean and the bed certainly big. Unfortunately the room was facing the very busy crossroads and the windows were not very sound proofed, thus making is quite difficult to sleep (especially with jet lag!). The spa bath was also disappointing as it was fairly smelly when trying to run the jets (which we turned off immediately!). It definitely had its advantages though, very good location for bars / restaurants and the air conditioning was very good. Chapultepec park is also about a 20 minute walk away. The staff were also very helpful

All great but certain details need to get taken care as far as room flaws. As far as service, check in and check out is express. Parking great. I would recommend for safety, money exchange and location.

If we were just talking about the fact that they completely lied about offering internet I would give it zero stars. Like if you actually need it forget it. It's ridiculous because it's a very central place and I've lived in Mexico and it is not rocket science for them to get good internet they are just too damn cheap to take care of it. Staff is pleasant and nice but not terribly knowledgeable to help you orient in this enormous City. Sometimes there is someone around who speaks English but not always. I speak some Spanish but if I needed help with something that was more complicated, they couldn't necessarily help. Hotel is noisy. Location is nice in some ways but it's not very close to the subway depending on what you want to do. It's pretty noisy. The rooms were very clean I have zero complaints about that. The pillows were quite old but it's not a luxury hotel so whatever. I liked that I could get a substantial breakfast even midday. Was it great? No and not great coffee but again this is not a luxury priced place. But they need to get their damn internet working
