Convenient location to explore Valencia (5 bus stops to old center). Clean and spacious rooms. Nice bathroom with rain showers. Hotel only offers a breakfast buffet, but there are nice coffee shops nearby (I recommend Boscon). Our room with a view had only a partial view and was noisy from elevator traffic (with lots of noise at 1am). Swimming pool is really small and water was cold. Spa area has a 30 euro entrance fee. Would not return to this property.

We visited Valencia for sightseeing and stayed at SH Valencia Palace for 3 nights. The main factor to choose this hotel was its convenient location and availability of a swimming pool. Location is great as it close by to the city center, the city or art and science (we walked to both form the hotel) and metro, which you can use to get directly to and form the airport. There are also two swimming pools in the hotel: one indoors and another one outdoors. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. It is very quiet regardless the fact that the hotel is located in a busy district. There are a few nice restaurants and cafes located close by. The hotel staff is very professional and ready to support you, so you always feel welcomed.

I booked this hotel for 5days-4nights for a family vacation. Good decision and the staying experience was amazing. The rooms are clean and the service is amazing. The room service was awesome. The room was cleaned everyday and maintained neat. They have a neat Swimming pool on the roof-top (indoor), Gym and also Spa / Massage facility. I managed to spend one evening in the swimming pools which has free access with the room, it was 1.10m - 1.30m depth, nothing serious, well maintained family pool. The Spa and Massage are a bit expensive but as I haven’t used it I cannot rate the services, but when I went to enquirer about the prices they were fully booked so I am going to guess the service here is also good. The breakfast is a bit expensive but there are a lot of options for the breakfast and tastes very good. I like the reception service for booking us taxis. The location is also very perfect. The hotel is located 15 mins from the Metro station - Alameda. The cocktails at the hotel bar also tasted good. Overall I recommend this hotel for friends and family.

Well am not who booked any room here but i am the taxi driver who works with them to take their clients passengers and treat them possibly well but for the first time i was in a emergency for toilet usage but they didn’t allowed me well i know i take their clients to somewhere they want and they pay for it but still its good for them too to provide service for their clients so i think they should understand that a taxi driver who is at your door at taxi stop can use your toilet but nope never gonna come back for this hotel even not for their clients too !! Mannerless peoples !!!
