Went for a day pass at the public bath for women. Water baths are 42~C and 18~C. Nice sauna, both dry and moist, and pleasant outdoor bath area. They also have a nice rest area with free brewed tea. Definitely worth 400 NTD!

Rooms are beautiful and large, toilets are fitted with private hotspring baths. We booked this hotel via Agoda. Perfect for couples or family. Hotel receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Patiently explaining to us about the rooms, hotspring etc. Rooms are fitted with a mini fridge, TV, couch, small work table. Toiletries such as soap, shampoo, toothbrush, razer, shower cap, floss, hairdryer were provided. Rooms come in double bed or 2 single beds. Beds were soft and springy, pillow was very soft, duvet was thick. Aircon was functional and cold. Toilet had no bidet. Separate shower and hotspring tub. We had a lovely view while taking a bath in our private hotspring. Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend anyone to book this hotel.

Employees do not respect customers' sleep. We were woken up at 2:30 a.m. two nights in a row. The rooms are dirty, clean them yourself. The quality of the breakfast is really very low, defrosted and low-end products. In short, find another hotel.

The rooms are spacious, but outdated and feel extremely damp. Each of the more luxury rooms has their own hot spring bath included where they pump in hot spring water into the room's bathroom. An good hot spring hotel. Very close to XinBeitou Station with various convenience stores, eateries & scenic spots nearby. The breakfast that they serve is your usual Taiwanese porridge breakfast with a wide variety of dishes. We made use of the hot spring tub and felt it was great. A minor complaint which I had was that the check in is only open from evening onwards. This is due to the hotel catering to daytime hot spring customers, hence they will only allow check in after the daytime window. Definitely a recommended place to spend your night.
