I booked my family for 4 days. 2 rooms, one family, one 3 bedroom. Receptions very friendly , that's probably the only good thing I can say . First night, no toilet paper, sorry we don't have any. 2 day had to ask to get room cleaned and fresh towels. Ohh yes no toilet paper The family room smelling so bad we asked for another room, second room was na little bit better, but still smells bad. Would I recommend the hotel. NO, there are far better places around the area.

The rooms are lovely, low-key and spacious, with plcaes for all your things, and very very comfortable double beds. The pool is like an oasis surrounded by topical greenery and with a small view of the mountains. Free water refills, coffee, and plenty of space to work, sit, and relax downstairs. Great airy cafe next door with good food menu. A quiet and safe oasis in Chiang Mai. Wonderful owner, staff, and hotel design. A dream.

We are family of 4 with two kids ages 11 and 9 yrs old. We travel with backpacks only. The room is very practical in space. The swimming pool is great, clean and good size. Our room is on the first floor so swimming pool is just in front of us. The crew are very friendly and provide help as needed (drive you to pharmacist, arrange ride and provide advice). Free bottled water, coffee and tea for the guests - highly appreciated. The breakfast has enough choices and good enough. No pain in your tummy. Improvement can be - swimming pool hours 10am - 10pm, too warm in the morning so 8am is advisable. - some parts of the room with dark paint, avoid dark paint on the walls so people can see if insects like mosquitoes are in the room. Overall, this place is highly recommended.
