Very nice hotel in La Jolla area, the pool and hot tub area is beautiful! My room was really nice and clean, and spacious, with a big shower. I also loved the bath products! I appreciate the fridge and microwave in the room. It was also really nice there’s restaurants and Whole Foods right next to the hotel you can walk too.

I only stayed here one night, but it was the perfect place for that purpose. It is a huge property with all the amenities (pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, restaurant, and bar). There are also several restaurants across the street. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room attendants greeted me as i walked through the hall.

The Sheraton, La Jolla, Hotel is in a beautiful location. I went there to attend a workshop. I found it somewhat difficult to know where to park. The reason it’s difficult is that there are a bunch of business buildings that block the actual entrance to the hotel. You can see the awning on a building with the S on it that is the Sheraton logo so I parked near that but it turns out that that was not the entrance to the hotel. So I called the hotel and they told me you had to go up the hill And there’s a circular driveway and there is the entrance to the hotel. So I went up there and parked. I was late to my workshop, but they let me in, and I was happy to say I met the facilitators of the workshop which was my main goal. And we had a lunch break so I came back down to the lobby and I had gotten my parking ticket when I first parked and they said I could come and go no worries so I went to my car and then I had to leave, I couldn’t finish the workshop. I went to leave and my ticket would not open the gate. You know the arm that lifts up so you can get out. I just sat in my car because I found their grounds too difficult for me to walk. I was wearing heels and I have a hurt toe and so I’m slightly disabled and I did not want to walk on the cobblestone they have there. It was very uneven, and would not be safe for a disabled person. I found it very difficult to walk on it myself, and even though I am slightly disabled, I do not consider myself a disabled person. Maybe that’s just me I’m a little stubborn. Thankfully, some worker there came along and open the gate for me, so I could leave. That’s my honest appraisal of the place. I never saw any of the rooms that you stay in. I only saw the meeting room which was just a typical meeting room. Therefore, I gave it a three star. Maybe I should’ve given it two stars. I’m not sure, but there you have it.
