I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. The construction noise above us was unbearable, making our stay far from relaxing, we had to request a room change. When I sought assistance from customer service, the staff seemed aggravated and unhelpful, adding to our frustration. To make matters worse, we were charged twice for our stay, and the process of obtaining a refund turned into a frustrating argument. They told me it was the third party’s fault, even though they had my check in and information before arriving. This hotel's lack of consideration, poor customer service, and billing issues made our stay thoroughly unpleasant. I would strongly advise against choosing this establishment for anyone seeking a peaceful and hassle-free stay.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a total of 5 nights with 4 adults. I would say overall that I would not stay here again. They do not service the rooms often and when they do, they reuse old sheets and don’t replace towels/washrags. The TV is super outdated and half the channels don’t work. They blast music so early it wakes you up by 7 or 8. The shuttle runs late in the morning and early in the evening making Uber the only way to get around on time. By our final night, we came back to our hotel door open. They did, however, refund us one nights worth of the resort fee for the door being open but otherwise said they would get back to us about the incident. It made everyone uncomfortable. Finally, they told us at check out that they charged a different amount than what they disclosed at check in. My advice would be avoid this hotel; the cheapest isn’t always better.

The service was great. Excellent front desk staff hooked me up with a discount and room service was very responsive. Room had a musty smell in it and toilet was out of whack and kept refilling loudly at night. Great location near Disney, but can also clearly hear traffic at night.

This hotel is located in the perfect location for accessing Disney parks at an affordable price. We there’s to Epcot for food and wine and it was a 10 minute ride. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are pretty small. The vanity is outside the bathroom but I like that as weird as it is the bathroom itself is pretty standard and small. There is a mini fridge and a safe in the closet. The balcony is also not a balcony it’s a ledge. It had a table and two chairs but they barely fit on the ledge this is more for getting some fresh air while standing but I did see people sitting on theirs. The pool area is decent but the pictures make this place look amazing it’s decent. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures but the pool bar area looked nice. Starbucks inside and a car rental is there as well.

We just finished a 4 days stay here with our family of 5. I feel like the negative reviews others have posted aren’t warranted. I don’t know what they’re expecting for this pricing but if you’re looking for the most modern looking hotel then pay the extra money for useless esthetic. This hotel was fantastic. Our room was serviced daily and replenished with fresh towels and wash cloths. We were able to take advantage of the pools on a nightly basis as they’re heated which is a huge plus for our young kids that didn’t have it in them to hang at the parks all day. The staff is so helpful and friendly and the hotel has many awesome amenities in addition to the great pools and outside bar. There’s a game room, restaurant and multiple ice cream machines. It’s a great location to the parks and conveniently near many dining options with an easy walking distance. The only thing that didn’t work for us was the shuttle schedule it’s tough to navigate and isn’t constantly running but we made out just fine using Uber. We would honestly come back to Orlando just to stay at this hotel and call that our vacation. Worked so well with our family. The room we had was a family suite with a set of bunk beds, living area with pull out sofa, and an on suite with 2 double beds. Room was clean and spacious. Overall very pleased with our stay and I wouldn’t let other reviews from high maintenance guests sway you away from staying here. Like I said it’s not the most modern look but it’s more than suitable for a lengthy stay and the price cant be beat.
