Location is good, it has around 15 min walk to train station in a nice neighborhood. This hotel is well designed specially lobby, is modern and has a really nice bakery and and steak restaurant in it. the bakery has a selection of bread and other sweets for breakfast that you can garb self serving. We tried once and it was very good. Our room was really small but it had everything you want. Actually the room was the smallest hotel room we ever been. I think The hotel breakfast was the good point of our stay, it has a really good selection of western and Japanese breakfast with a really good quality and in a nice environment. I think it was around 1800 yen per person.

Fantastic hotel with great location. Rooms are clean and great. We had three people in one room with three beds so probably not the most spacious but was comfortable after the long days of walking around Tokyo. I love it and would definitely recommend this place and would go back.

We was very pleased to arrive at The Knot in Tokyo. A Japanese/Scandinavian feel to the hotel. The rooms are compact but are clean and have everything you need. We had a great view across the park and city. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It's also has a great breakfast option available with an extensive buffet of fresh continental food as well as bacon, eggs, pastries etc. If you are on the go there is also a bakery at the front of the reception which has brilliant selection of savoury and sweet pastries along with sandwiches/baguettes. Walking distance from major parts of the city.

So!! We loved it. First trip to Tokyo and we are so glad we found this place. For starters the check in/out computers are easy, very user friendly. Our room had its own code to get in with a key pad. Room was nice and comfy, with just enough room for all our junk! Fresh towels were provided every day but we only requested once, bc we didn't really stay long. Room came with everything you might need and the beds were hard but comfortable. The bathrooms water pressure was some of the best we have ever had and the bath was big enough that my 6 foot 4 husband could soak in it. As always, the toilets were awesome! Downstairs they had this wonderful bakery... WOW! We only got to eat there once because they open at 8, but, so good. Everyone is so nice and the food was fresh and delicious. We very much enjoyed our stay, we hope to be back one day!

The hotel was in a convenient location and had a very cool lobby/ bakery. The room amenities were great and the overall stay was fine. We did however find the rooms to be very hot and had to leave the window open to sleep because the air conditioner made the room hotter. The breakfast buffet was amazing but very expensive. Lastly the laundry facilities weren’t great and we had to spend hours waiting for our clothes to dry so we ended up air drying them in our room. It was a nice stay but just a few things we value weren’t great.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
