What a fantastic place, with the best and most friendly staff - they were very attentive and would help with any request we had! The rooms were great, very spacious and clean. I can’t recommend this place enough. (10/10) We had a very late sleeper bus to catch and they even helped us out and let us use the room past the check-out time to sort our selves out before the bus - we’ll be returning!

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and had a wonderful time, definitely recommend this place. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were soft; the room had a pleasant scent. ✨ The pool water was refreshing, just what we needed after a hot stroll. The restaurant offers two menus: Asian and European. Everything was delicious; we especially liked the grilled beef salad. It's a pity there were no desserts. 🥲 Prices were slightly higher than in the city, but acceptable; however, the beer was a bit pricey. The staff was very friendly and polite, they cared for us and assisted with various requests: bike rental, transfers, preparing breakfast for early departures, and more. They made our stay at the hotel comfortable; thank you so much, guys, you're the best 🙏 We enjoyed our 5 days here, and we'll definitely come back! Cambodia pleasantly surprised us 💔

I enjoyed my stay at Vasinh Residence. It’s quiet, kid friendly and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. They offer free breakfast and they have a combination of traditional and western style food as well. It’s luxury boutique hotel that is a hidden gem. I will definitely come back to stay again when visiting Siem Reap.

The rooms are massive with shower and bathtub separate. They have large patio doors, aircon and all things needed. Staff are very friendly and it has a lovely pool with towels provided. Breakfast was nice with a good selection and the reception staff are really helpful in getting tuktuks, taxis, helping to book trips and guides. We loved it. The only thing that could be improved is if there was a coffee machine in the room. It's a bit out of the way down a side street but tuk tuks cost no more than 3 dollars to town, even with pharmacy stops on route or sim card pick ups.
